These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Trip Unique Morocco’s website and travel services. By booking with us or using our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

Trip Unique Morocco is a licensed travel agency based in Morocco, specializing in authentic Moroccan travel experiences including desert tours, cultural excursions, and customized itineraries throughout Morocco.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Confirmation

• All bookings require a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost
• Full payment is required 30 days before tour departure
• Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment immediately

Payment Methods

• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal
• All prices are quoted in USD, EUR, or MAD (Moroccan Dirham)
• Prices include VAT where applicable

3. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
• 15-30 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

Force Majeure

Trip Unique Morocco reserves the right to cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, political situations, natural disasters). In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or full refund.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. Trip Unique Morocco is not liable for costs arising from lack of adequate insurance coverage.

5. Health and Safety Requirements

• Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate
• Some activities may have age or fitness restrictions
• Travelers participate in activities at their own risk

6. Accommodation and Transportation

• Accommodation standards vary by location and package selected
• Transportation includes comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles with professional drivers
• Specific room requests are subject to availability

7. Changes to Itinerary

Trip Unique Morocco reserves the right to modify itineraries due to local conditions, ensuring traveler safety while maintaining the overall tour experience and value.

8. Liability and Responsibility

Trip Unique Morocco acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for:

• Actions of third-party service providers
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Medical expenses or injuries during travel
• Delays or changes by airlines or other transport providers

9. Complaints and Disputes

Any complaints must be reported immediately during the tour to allow resolution. Written complaints should be submitted within 30 days of tour completion.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect personal information necessary for booking and travel arrangements. Your data is protected and not shared with third parties except as required for service provision or legal compliance.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and materials are property of Trip Unique Morocco and protected by Moroccan and international copyright laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes will be resolved through Moroccan courts or arbitration in Morocco.
