Day 1 – Tangier

Welcome to Morocco! Upon arrival at the airport or port, your driver will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, stroll through the historic medina, the Kasbah overlooking the sea, or the lively Corniche.

Day 2 – Tangier → Chefchaouen

Morning drive through the Rif Mountains to reach the magical Blue City of Chefchaouen. Explore its peaceful blue-painted streets, hidden squares, and mountain views. The atmosphere here is relaxed and perfect for photography.

Day 3 – Chefchaouen → Akchour → Fes

After breakfast, short visit in Chefchaouen before heading to the lush valley of Akchour. Walk to the waterfalls or simply relax in nature by the river. Continue the journey towards Fes, arriving in time to watch the sunset over the city.

A full day dedicated to exploring the spiritual and cultural heart of Morocco:

Day 5 – Fes → Sahara Desert (Merzouga)

Today the landscape changes dramatically:

Stop in Ifrane, often called “Little Switzerland”

See the cedar forest of Azrou, home to Barbary macaque monkeys

Cross the palm-filled Ziz Valley

Arrive in Merzouga in the late afternoon

Here, your camel caravan awaits to take you across the dunes at sunset. Arrive at your desert camp, enjoy a traditional dinner, and listen to local music under a star-filled sky.

Day 6 – 4×4 Desert Adventure

A day to explore the magic of the desert:

Visit a nomadic family and learn about desert life

Cross the black desert and see the old mines of M’fis

Stop in Khamlia village for Gnawa music and tea

Optional activities: sandboarding or quad biking across the dunes

Relax in the afternoon — either return to camp for another starry night or stay at a desert hotel with a pool.

Day 7 – Sahara → Todra Gorge → Dades Valley

Wake up early to watch the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, depart for the spectacular Todra Gorge, where sheer rock walls rise 300 meters high — perfect for a short hike or simply to admire. Continue through valleys dotted with palm groves and kasbahs until you reach the beautiful Dades Valley.

Day 8 – Dades → Ait Ben Haddou → Marrakech

Drive through the Valley of Roses and the Skoura Oasis, then visit the legendary Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage ksar famous for films like Gladiator and Game of Thrones. Cross the High Atlas Mountains via the winding Tizi n’Tichka Pass, arriving in Marrakech by evening.
